first week – You might not notice any significant difference in acne and it might also seem like it’s getting worse, but its all minds play, So make sure you stick to the lifestyle changes.
third week – You might start noticing some differences in your skin, new breakouts would be down by 30% to 40%.
fifth week – You would notice the most significant changes during the fourth and fifth week, there will be like 90% reduction in the formation of new pimples, and there will be also a considerable reduction in pimple lifespan – earlier a pimple that lasted 3-4 days, now would dry out in 1-2 days.
8th week – Even though you will clear 95% of the acne in 5th week but you must continue to follow these lifestyle changes till 8th week to make sure you don’t get acne ever again.
