If you have paid for an article on how to clear your acne, but it doesn't work for you, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
- Refund is only applicable if you have followed the lifestyle changes outlined in the article, and have given them enough time to work.
- Refund requests will not be accepted if you have read the article and then asked for a refund without trying any of the lifestyle changes. In fact, to be eligible for a refund, you have to have tried the lifestyle changes for at least 35 days.
- If a full 35 days have gone by, and you still aren’t seeing any results, we will happily process your refund as soon as possible
- refund window expires after 42 days after the purchase of article – we won’t be able to process your refund if you have delayed the request more than 7 days after your are eligible for the refund(you become eligible for refund after 35 days).
- Refund applications before 35 days of purchase of the article will not be processed.
- After you receive confirmation of refund it will take upto 4-5 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account.
Once we have processed your refund, you will lose the following benefits –
- Loss of access to paid article: Upon receiving a refund for a paid article, you will no longer have access to it.
- You receive all future updates to the paid article as long as you are a customer, after the refund, you won’t receive any updates regarding the paid article.
- Repurchase at current market price: If you wish to reverse the refund and regain access to the article, you will need to purchase it again at the current market price. This means that the price of the article may have changed since the time of your initial purchase.
